Hillwalking
First time in the hills, or maybe you are a seasoned veteran? Continuous learning is at the heart of staying safe and enjoying this beautiful world.
Join me on a pre-planned trip, or get in touch to organise a bespoke trip for you or a group. From the Scottish Highlands to the heart of the Lake District and beyond, there is something for everyone.
I know how valuable your time is, so each day will be planned with you in mind: your goals, your fitness and your adventure. Head to the ‘Hillwalking’ page for upcoming events.
Health & Fitness
There is a difference between ‘beach body ready’ and ‘hill fit’. As an outdoor athlete – whether you are a Hillwalker, Climber, Skier or Snowboarder; from small hills to Mont Blanc – it’s important to train for your goals. Taking care of your body is just as important as training it, that’s why we also cover nutrition, mobility and recovery.
As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I have a keen interest in the human body and how it performs. I offer personalised training programmes to help you unlock your potential.
Keep checking the blog for the latest on how you can be fitter for your outdoor sport.
Skills Development
Both online and in-person learning, designed to increase your knowledge and enhance your outdoor experience.
Topics range from navigation, flora and fauna, mental health, to local knowledge and more. Classes will be posted on the Events calendar accessible on the Hillwalking page.

Embrace life and embrace the challenge with us.
After DofE and loving the outdoors as a teenager, I hadn’t been camping or hiking in a long time and was really nervous, but Tom was so patient and made re-learning these skills so fun. He was able to instruct without ever coming across as condescending, and I have already booked in to try aContinue reading “Jade Barnes”
